1. Services
Aurex Auto Spa provides mobile vehicle detailing at a location supplied by the customer. Booking requests are confirmed by text or email; an appointment is only reserved once confirmed by us.
2. Access & site requirements
The customer must provide safe, legal access to the vehicle and roughly two parking spaces of working room. We carry our own water and power. Gate codes, permits or garage clearance are the customer's responsibility.
3. Pricing & payment
All listed prices are estimates for standard sedans in average condition and are not final quotes. Oversized vehicles, excessive pet hair, biohazards, heavy sand, tar or mold may increase the price, always quoted and approved before work begins. Payment is due on completion.
4. Cancellations & rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule at no cost up to 12 hours before your appointment. Later cancellations or no-access arrivals may be charged a $35 trip fee. Severe weather reschedules are always free.
5. Vehicle condition & liability
We inspect and document pre-existing damage before starting. Aurex Auto Spa is not liable for pre-existing defects such as failing clear coat, oxidation, cracked trim, worn upholstery, aftermarket wraps, or water intrusion through faulty seals. Remove valuables before service; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
6. Satisfaction & coatings
If something was missed, notify us within 48 hours and we will return to correct it. Ceramic coating durability claims assume the recommended maintenance washes; damage from automated brush car washes voids coating support.
7. Privacy
Details you submit through the booking form are used only to schedule and service your appointment. We do not sell customer data. Message us to request deletion of your information.
